With over 20 years of industry experience, Jim has focused his professional energies on consulting and advising senior managers of the world's largest ocean carriers, 3PLs and shippers on business processes and pricing strategies to improve profitability and supply chain performance. He was also instrumental in developing a comprehensive vision for the post-1998 Ocean Shipping Reform Act era.
Prior to Management Dynamics, Jim managed a systems integration business, implementing logistics and ERP solutions. Jim holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Drexel University. |
