Mr. Peters brings a wealth of knowledge ot the Firm’s Leadership Development Services. He joined Korn/Ferry in 2006 when the Firm acquired Lominger Limited and Lominger Consulting. He is responsible for the design, development and implementation of talent management initiatives incorporating the intellectual property of Lominger.
Previously, Mr. Peters was the Global Managing Director of Lominger Consulting, Inc. (LCI), and responsible for the overall practice leadership for LCI's global consulting engagements. His clientele has included Fortune 500 companies and many other diverse organizations. He has consulted with companies in over 25 countries.
Mr. Peters is considered an expert in the area of strategic human resource management, with a specific emphasis on strategic staffing, development and succession planning. He is the co-creator of Lominger’s proprietary Succession Architect® tool set and it’s Talking Talent process for enhancing executive talent reviews.
Previously, as the global practice director for human resource strategies and information technology at the Alexander Consulting Group, he served as a thought leader on the rethinking of the human resource service delivery model, has written numerous articles on the future vision of human resources and is a frequent speaker to companies and professional associations on the topic. His thinking and approach is featured in David Ulrich’s text, Tomorrow’s HR Management.
Mr. Peters is an adjunct staff member for the Center for Creative Leadership and is certified in Benchmarks and Tools for Developing Successful People. He is a Master Certifier in the Leadership Architect® Suite of Tools and was the editor/owner of HR Strategies and Tactics newsletter.
Professionally, he has been very active in the Human Resource Planning Society, where he served as the founding president of the Chicago Affiliate, chair of the Annual Conference (1987 and 1991), elected secretary, head of professional development and a long-term member of the board of directors. He was the first recipient of the President’s Award for his contribution to the profession.
Mr. Peters holds a masters degree in organization science from the University of Wisconsin. |
