Mr. Peters has served as a member of our Board of Directors since March 2007. From August 2000 to February 2005, Mr. Peters served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Ross Stores, Inc., a clothing retailer. From August 1998 to August 2000, Mr. Peters served as President of U.S. Retail for Staples, Inc., an office supply retailer. From August 1997 to August 1998, Mr. Peters served as Executive Vice President of U.S. Retail for Staples. Mr. Peters also serves on the Board of Trustees of the University of San Diego in California. Mr. Peters holds a B.A. in political science from the University of San Diego in California. |
