James is responsible for the implementation and management of internet marketing, online publicity, and link building strategies. This involves researching and developing plans for clients relating to internet strategy, website communication and usability, brand and identity strategy, online public relations and natural linking. James has extensive experience in online content development, social media and Web 2.0, blog marketing, online publicity, link building, and online reputation management. He has written and published many articles on these subjects and has spoken at industry events. James has over 9 years of internet related marketing and communications experience and has been with Elixir Systems since April 2004. Before joining the Elixir team he worked for Lynk Software, Inc, a developer of customer relationship management software, in a marketing and communications position. Prior to that he owned and ran an eCommerce business. He has published articles in numerous publications. James holds a Master of Business Administration degree. |
