Mr. Moule joined Torch Technologies' Board of Directors in October 2005. Mr. Moule is also currently a Managing Member and Chief Financial Officer for Meridian Properties, a real estate development company. Mr. Moule was with Nichols Research Corporation from 1988 to 1999. From 1988 to 1995, he served as Vice President for the Western Region and was responsible for operations of all offices west of the Mississippi. He subsequently served as President of Nichols Federal Segment from 1995 to 1999. Nichols, with revenues of $500M per year and 2500 employees, was headquartered in Washington, DC, and performed research and development and system integration services at 33 offices throughout the United States.



Mr. Moule also served as the Vice President of Engineering for the Ventura Division of Northrop Corporation before joining Nichols. Mr. Moule has served as an advisor to Torch Technologies since its founding, with invaluable contributions to corporate strategy and establishment of the ESOP.



Mr. Moule received a B.A. (Physics) from UCLA and has studied at Princeton University, University of Chicago, Brookings Institute Executive Program, California Institute of Technology, as well as UC Berkeley.
