James Miller has 26 years of experience in the municipal bond industry. Prior to joining Piper Jaffray, Miller was a member of a regional municipal investment banking firm and a major Midwestern bank. He has served as a financial advisor to Wisconsin municipalities since 1985. Miller has structured issues for all forms of municipal governments including counties, cities, villages, towns, school districts, redevelopment authorities and states. He has represented over 60 municipalities in the State of Wisconsin. Miller is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison with a bachelor's degree in finance and a Master of Business Administration degree. He is also a registered municipal representative with the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board. |
