James Kolisch joined our Board of Directors as an outside director in May 1998. Mr. Kolisch has been engaged in the insurance industry and served as president of USI Florida, or its predecessor company, an entity that sources most of the our insurance needs, for a period of approximately twenty-five years. Mr. Kolisch serves on the Board of Directors' Audit Committee. |
