Jim DiOrio recently joined the staff at BCI as the group sales manager. With over 30 years of insurance brokerage, consulting and leadership experience, Jim has worked with a number of national brokerage and consulting fi rms. He is a licensed insurance broker for Life, Health and Property and Casualty. Prior to joining BCI, Jim was a senior consultant with Towers Perrin. Jim's experience embraces all areas of employee benefi ts including operational management, product development, fi eld sales and marketing. Throughout his career, Jim held a variety of senior level positions, primarily consulting on employee benefits management, insurance, organizational structures and client retention. In 2008, Jim faces many challenging opportunities at BCI. With that said, he looks forward to executing a sales strategy supporting BCI's broker relations while delivering sound profi table business. |
