James Dillon joined Viewpoint in October 2005. In his role as Vice President - Advertising Sales, he is responsible for driving sales and building relationships across all customer sets including publishers, agencies, and advertisers. James has over 15 years experience in sales, marketing, business planning and operations.
Before joining Viewpoint, James was a VP & GM of Sony Electronics, Inc. In this capacity, he managed Sony’s Direct Sales Division focusing on direct sales to both business and consumer segments. His responsibilities also included the management of all online sales, customer service and business planning. Before that, James was a Director and General Manager at HP where he was responsible for the Third Party Product Group and managed online sales for the Americas eBusiness Group. He’s held senior positions at Dell and a number of start-up companies where he led various sales/marketing teams. Throughout his career, James has focused his efforts on driving sales growth and efficiencies through internet based sales and marketing.
James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from New York State University. |
