As Vice President of Worldwide Marketing and Sales, James Dias is charged with driving customer success with Selectica solutions in high-growth markets. Mr. Dias brings 10 years of management and entrepreneurial experience in the IT and software industries. He most recently served as senior vice president of marketing and business acceleration at Sonic Foundry, Inc. where he launched the business for a new rich media solution and was instrumental in re-positioning the company from its roots in desktop software to a recognized industry leader in enterprise applications. Prior to Sonic Foundry, Mr. Dias served in a variety of management roles in strategy, marketing and business development. Dias holds a Master's Degree in electronic media from The Ohio State University.
