Mr. James Dennedy was appointed to NaviSite’s Board of Directors on January 27, 2003. Mr. Dennedy is President and CEO of Engyro Corporation. He is responsible for strategic direction, corporate and business development. Prior to his role with Engyro, Mr. Dennedy served as Managing Partner of Mitchell-Wright, LLC, a capital management and corporate development company making equity investments and buyouts on behalf of itself and its investors in the enterprise software industry. Prior to his affiliation with Mitchell-Wright, Mr. Dennedy served as President, divine Managed Services; Senior VP of Mergers and Acquisitions, divine, Inc.; Executive VP Venture Capital and Private Equity, marchFIRST, Inc. Mr. Dennedy has more than fifteen years of leadership experience in corporate development, corporate finance with public and private companies in the US and Europe, and strategic direction. Mr. Dennedy also serves on the Board of Directors of Abridean, Inc., an enterprise software company providing software provisioning and identity management solutions. Mr. Dennedy earned a BS in Economics from the United States Air Force Academy, an MA in Economics from the University of Colorado, and an MBA from Ohio State University. In support of community activities, Mr. Dennedy serves on the Executive Board of the Economics Department and MIS Department, Williams College of Business, Xavier University. |
