James Dennedy age 42 joined the Entrust board of directors in June 2008. Mr. Dennedy is a Principal with Arcadia Capital Advisors LLC an investment management company making active investments in public companies.
Mr. Dennedy has more than fifteen years of leadership experience in corporate development and corporate finance with public and private companies in the US and Europe. He has a long history of developing managing and growing information technology and service companies. Prior to his role with Arcadia he was President and CEO Engyro Corporation an enterprise software company offering solutions in systems management. Mr. Dennedy previously served as President divine Managed Services; Senior VP of Mergers and Acquisitions divine Inc.; Executive VP Venture Capital and Private Equity marchFIRST Inc.
Mr. Dennedy also serves on the Board of Directors of NaviSite Inc. (NASDAQ: NAVI) (Audit Committee Chair and Compensation Committee member)and of I-many Inc. (NASDAQ: IMNY) (Audit Committee member).
Mr. Dennedy earned a BS in Economics from the United States Air Force Academy an MA in Economics from the University of Colorado and an MBA from Ohio State University. In support of community activities Mr. Dennedy serves on the Executive Boards of the Economics Department and MIS Department Williams College of Business Xavier University. |
