Mr. Ciocia is a principal founder of the Company, having opened the Company’s first tax preparation office in 1981. In addition to serving the Company as its Chief Executive Officer until November 6, 2000, Mr. Ciocia is a registered representative of PCS. Mr. Ciocia holds a B.S. in Accounting from St. John’s University.
