James Caci is Chief Financial Officer of SoftWave Media Exchange (SWMX). With over 19 years experience in finance and management, he is responsible for all aspects of SWMX finance function including, planning and analysis, tax, treasury, legal, audit and M&A initiatives.Prior to joining SWMX, Mr. Caci served nearly four years as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance for Global Consultants, Inc., where he was responsible for all accounting functions including establishing a system of internal controls, processes, budgeting, forecasting, international subsidiary management, management of outside auditors, tax advisors, attorneys, banking relationships, M&A activity, HR, customer and vendor contracts, and facilities management. During his tenure, the organization executed on an aggressive growth strategy, increasing revenues from $84 million to $200 million with no reduction in profitability.
