Currently; Director, Assured Digital Inc., & Viasat, Inc. James Bunker has served as a director for Tvia since February 2000. From January 1997 to the present, Mr. Bunker has served as a director of Assured Digital Inc, a telecommunications company, and as a director of Viasat, Inc., a telecommunications company. From 1991 to 1993 Mr. Bunker served as president of General Instruments, VideoCypher division. From July 1998 to December 1999, Mr. Bunker served as president and chief executive officer of Video Network Communications, Inc. and has served as its director since 1998 and chairman of the board of directors since December 1999. From January 1994 to July 1998, Mr. Bunker was a consultant to high technology companies. Mr. Bunker received a B.S. in electrical engineering from Northwestern University.
