Mr. Berger is a partner of Mendoza Berger & Company LLP. In addition to responsibilities involving both SEC and non-SEC auditing and accounting related services, Mr. Berger is responsible for the management of all tax consulting services, forensic accounting, and litigation support services provided by the firm. He has over 29 years of experience in a wide variety of industries including employee benefit plans, non-profit organizations, governmental agencies, banking, food processing and manufacturing, soft drink beverage manufacturing, high technology, medical practices, mortgage banking, stock brokerage, tissue and paper products, water transportation, real estate development and construction, and manufacturing. He has been responsible for the overall planning and management of a wide range of engagements including audits, tax preparation, reviews and compilations, and special purpose reports.
