Dr. Augustine is a residency trained, board certified Emergency Physician with over 20 years experience in emergency medicine. He currently serves as Director of Clinical Operations and works with the hospital locations to help improve Emergency Departments’ throughput and overall efficiency. Dr. Augustine is a Board Certified Diplomat of the American Board of Emergency Medicine, and a Fellow in the American College of Emergency Physicians. He has also been a member of the committees overseeing Emergency Medical Services, Quality Improvement, Benchmarking and Best Practices, and Disaster Preparation for the last 18 years. Dr. Augustine holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Ohio State University, graduating cum laude, and a Doctor of Medicine from Wright State University School of Medicine. He performed an integrated residency in emergency medicine at Wright State University School of Medicine and a post residency as an Administrative Fellow at Miami Valley Hospital Emergency and Trauma Center. |
