Not only does Jim keep Switchfast on a smooth financial track, he helps many clients get a handle on their own technology budgets. With Jim’s guiding hand, monthly expenditures are tracked, potential savings are determined and current-system benefits vs future purchases are compared. Prior to being named Switchfast's CFO, Jim was instrumental in the consumer and industrial divisions of General Electric. In 2002, he graduated from the GE Financial Management Program and quickly became a sought-after financial sage. As Senior Commercial Finance Analyst at GE’s Electrical Distribution Division, Jim was entrusted with GE’s commercial financial leadership and analysis for $500MM P&L. He also created a pricing analysis model to accurately capture market trends and product profitability. During his five plus years with the electric powerhouse, Jim was active with Habitat for Humanity and served as a mentor for the Plainville Community Schools. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Connecticut. |
