James W. Wolfe, 51, was elected a director of Millennium Bankshares Corporation in 2007. He is the Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer of J Street Consulting, LLC, a firm specializing in new venture creation and international development, located in Washington, D.C., since 2001. Mr. Wolfe serves as an Assistant Professor, School of Management, and the current Entrepreneur-in-Residence of George Mason University, Fairfax City, Virginia, since 2006. He also served as an Adjunct Professor of the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland, from 1997 to 2005. Mr. Wolfe currently serves as a member of the Compensation Committee and the Audit Committee. Mr. Wolfe has been designated by the Board of Directors as a Financial Expert for purposes of service on the Audit Committee. He resides in Reston, Virginia. |
