As General Counsel, Jim Hagan manages all aspects of NASBA's strategic development, contract negotiations, and legal affairs. Prior to joining NASBA, Jim served as the Interim Chief Operating Office and General Counsel for OnCare Management Corp., a national owner/operator of community-based chemotherapy and radiation therapy centers, where his responsibilities included the implementation of computer-based treatment, disease management, and clinical trial programs. Prior to his work with OnCare, Jim was a Partner at Alston & Bird, a national law firm based in Atlanta, where he served both as trial counsel and outside general counsel to several companies. Jim received his J.D. degree from Yale Law School and is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame, with a B.A. degree in Government and International Relations. |
