James W. Nolan is chief executive officer of Sara Lee Foodservice and an executive vice president of Sara Lee Corporation.
Nolan joined Sara Lee in February 2005 in his current position. Prior to joining Sara Lee, he served as executive vice president of U.S. operations for PepsiAmericas, the second largest PepsiCola bottling operation. Before joining PepsiAmericas in 2001, he held numerous positions of increasing responsibility during a 21-year career with PepsiCo, including chief customer officer of PepsiCola North America and senior vice president of sales and market development for PepsiCola North America. He spent two years at Procter & Gamble prior to joining PepsiCo.
Nolan earned a bachelor of science degree from Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York.
