Mr. McConkey's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation disputes, with an emphasis on business, class action, consumer financial services, construction, insurance and environmental litigation matters. He has represented business entities of all varieties, both public and private, corporate officers and directors, financial services entities, and insurance companies.
Since joining the firm, he has undertaken a wide range of litigation matters, and has been involved in virtually all aspects of case management from initial investigation through trial, as well as appellate work. He practices in state and federal courts throughout the Midwest.
In a prior life, Mr. McConkey was team captain and a three-year starter on the Davidson College men's basketball team, which qualified for and played in the NCAA Division I basketball tournament when he was on the team. |
