James W. Larimore serves as an associate in the Firm’s Oklahoma City office. He brings to the Firm an expertise in business and commercial transactions, taxation, and securities laws. His practice focuses on multiple aspects of business transactions, from entity formation and organizational matters to capital-raising activities, securities law compliance and tax planning.Mr. Larimore attended The University of Texas School of Law (J.D., 2001), where he graduated with honors. In addition to serving as a member of Texas Law Review, he was a recipient of the Townes Hall Society Scholarship, named after the dean of the school from 1907 to 1923. Mr. Larimore was also recognized as the teaching assistant of the year for 2000-2001. Before attending law school, he attended the University of Oklahoma (B.B.A., 1997), where he majored in finance and graduated with special distinction.
