Mr. Hovey, age 60, is President of The Fox Companies, a diversified real estate development firm, which he joined in 1972, where he has been responsible for the development of numerous housing units and office buildings, and of a sports arena. Mr. Hovey also serves as a member of the Advisory Board of the Wharton School Real Estate Center, a member of the Board of Trustees of Eisenhower Fellowships, Inc., and a director of the Philadelphia Orchestra. Mr. Hovey has been a director of the Company since 1999. |
