Mr. Cruckshank joined MathStar in June 2005 as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Administration. Mr. Cruckshank is a partner with Tatum Partners, a financial and information technology leadership firm in Portland,OR. He brings to MathStar multifaceted experience as a senior financial executive including over 25 years working with both closely-held and publicly traded companies. He has worked with both later-stage and emerging-growth companies in a number of industries including the semiconductor industry. His expertise includes debt and equity financing, acquistions and divestitures, post-acquisition integration, SEC and financial reporting, investor relations, internal controls, business plan development, financial modeling, and systems implementations.
Mr. Cruckshank holds a BBA in Accounting, Marketing and Management from the University of Portland and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame in Finance. He is a CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
