Since 2001, James Schumacher has led the finance and administration functions for Smart City Telecom. His team is responsible for finance and accounting, information technology, human resources and logistics services. He is also responsible for regulatory and legal compliance.From 1991 to 2001, Schumacher served as the manager of business affairs for Vista-United Telecommunications. He also served as the manager of regulatory affairs (1985 - 1991) and manager of revenues (1981 - 1985). Schumacher received his M.B.A. from the Crummer School of Business at Rollins College in Orlando, Fla. and his B.S.B.A. in accounting from the University of Florida in Gainesville. He also did graduate work in theology at the Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, Kentucky. |
