James T. Rhind, 85, was elected a director of the Company in 1966. Since January 1, 1993, he has been engaged in the practice of law as of counsel to the law firm of Bell, Boyd & Lloyd LLP, Chicago, Illinois, counsel to the Company. Prior thereto, he was a partner in that firm. |
