Mr. Ivey is a Certified Public Accountant with experience in financial analysis and management of distribution, manufacturing and service organizations. Mr. Ivey serves as the director of the financial and administrative affairs of the Mitchell Industries companies. Additionally, Mr. Ivey leads the value assessment and due diligence efforts of candidate companies.Prior to joining Mitchell Industries, Mr. Ivey served as Chief Financial Officer of an industrial manufacturer and distributor in Birmingham, AL. Mr. Ivey began his career as a financial statement auditor with Arthur Andersen LLP, working primarily with a diverse group of manufacturing companies throughout the Southeast.Mr.Ivey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of South Alabama and a Masters of Accountancy degree from the University of Alabama. Mr. Ivey is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants. |
