Mr. Daly has more than 20 years of banking experience. During his 15-year tenure with BB&T he has served in various leadership positions including commercial banker corporate banker and city executive in Greensboro N.C. and an area executive in Durham N.C. He was named Hampton Roads Regional President in 2002 and Peninsula Regional President in 2003 following the acquisition of First Virginia Banks Inc. and North Florida Regional President in 2004.
