James T. Caudill is President of The Black & Decker Corporation's Hardware and Home Improvement Group. He was named to this position in May 2005, after having served as Vice President and General Manager of the Accessories division of the Corporation’s Power Tools and Accessories business. He was also elected a Vice President of the Corporation in May 2005.
Mr. Caudill joined Black & Decker as a Retail Sales Representative in the Power Tools and Accessories business in June 1990. Since that time, he has served in positions of increasing responsibility in national sales, product management, brand management, and marketing, including an assignment as Director - Marketing for power tools in Asia. He joined the Accessories division in 1999 and was named Vice President and General Manager in October 2004.
Mr. Caudill earned a B.S. degree in Marketing and Transportation Logistics from The Ohio State University in 1990 and an M.B.A. degree from Loyola College in 2001. |
