James R. Rulseh Group Vice President since April 2001 joined Modine in 1977 as a product design engineer. He was promoted to engineering manager for the McHenry Ill. facility in 1979 and to plant superintendent the following year. In 1982 Mr. Rulseh was named plant manager for the McHenry Ill. plant.He was promoted to operations manager for the Automotive Division in 1990. Mr. Rulseh was named operations manager of the Heavy Duty Division in 1993 and general manager for the Heavy Duty and Industrial Division in 1994. He was named managing director of the automotive business unit of Modine Europe in March 1998.Currently in his role as Group Vice President Mr. Rulseh has responsibility for Modine Asia the Electronics Cooling Division Manufacturing and Engineering Services as well as our joint venture Nikkei Heat Exchanger in Kambara Japan.In 2005 Mr. Rulseh became a member of the Board of Directors for the newly created corporation Proliance International Inc. a combination of Modine's Aftermarket Division and Transpro Inc.Born in 1955 in Two Rivers Wis. Mr. Rulseh has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology from the University of
Wisconsin-Platteville. He completed the Executive Management Program at the Kellogg School of Northwestern University.Mr. Rulseh is a member of the Grede Foundries Inc. Board of Directors in Milwaukee WI. He has served on the Curriculum Advisory Council for UW-Platteville’s School of Business. Mr. Rulseh has been a member of the Board of Directors of Woodward Governor since April 2002. In 1995 he was inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. |
