He also served as the Western U.S. Regional Director, overseeing services delivery from Alaska to Arizona. As EMC’s Director of Worldwide Customer Support, Glueckert managed the support organizations for EMC’s worldwide install base. Before leaving the company, he led the redesign and deployment of a new worldwide service delivery model to find new efficiencies, lower cost, and sustain high customer satisfaction. |
