Mr. Walker is 73 and has been a director of the Bank since its incorporation on May 26, 1989. He has been a director of the Company since March 30, 1992. Mr. Walker’s current term as a director will expire at the annual meeting of the shareholders to be held in 2007. Mr. Walker retired in 1993.
