Jim Gilmer is an energy executive with operating experience in power generation, and oil and gas drilling, production, transportation and storage. Jim joined FrontStreet in 2004 to focus on the acquisition and operation of electrical power generation assets. Jim has extensive background in power plant design and operations. He served in a variety of senior positions in the Texaco Cogeneration and Power business unit including: project engineer for the cogeneration operations in Bakersfield, Ca, plant manager of four cogeneration facilities in California and Executive Director of Texaco’s cogeneration plants in Nevada. Jim completed a distinguished 27 year career with Texaco as Vice President of Texaco Pipelines LLC with responsibility for Operations and Engineering for Texaco’s gas pipelines in the US. |
