James R. Gillette, Principal, joined Gryphon in 2006 and serves as the firm's Chief Financial Officer, overseeing Gryphon's finance, accounting and administrative activities. Jim has had diversified experience as the Chief Financial Officer for the private equity firm Leonard Green & Partners, LP, the Wesco Companies, Inc., a real estate investment, construction and management firm and Marvin Engineering Co., an aerospace and defense contractor. He also worked for eight years with Price Waterhouse. Mr. Gillette is a Certified Public Accountant in California and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the California Society of CPAs. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting. |
