James R. Diesfeld, M.D. is a Board Certified Pain Management Specialist as well as a Diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Colgate University in upstate New York and graduated from the American University School of Medicine in Montserrat. He performed his Pain Management Fellowship at the University of Pittsburg Medical Center after completing Anesthesiology residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago. He also obtained pain management training at University of Southern California, Cook County Medical Center and the University of Chicago. He is a member of the American Medical Association, American Pain Society, American Society of Regional Anesthesiology, International Spinal Injection Society, American Academy of Pain Management, Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, and American Society of Anesthesiology. Dr. Diesfeld is a national speaker on his favorite subject, Pain Management. He also enjoys classic cars and plays guitar. |
