James R. Bedenbaugh, senior vice president and treasurer, has responsibility for leading and managing corporate treasury functions, including treasury operations, treasury risk management and corporate financial transactions. He joined Triad after 17 years at Magellan Health Services, Inc., where he served as senior vice president of finance, treasurer and assistant secretary. Mr. Bedenbaugh worked previously in corporate financial positions at Maryland National Corporation in Baltimore and Martin Marietta Corporation in Bethesda, Maryland. He received a master’s degree in business administration from Virginia Commonwealth University, where he graduated first in his class, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina. He is a former U.S. Air Force officer. |
