James P. Pellow has served as a director of our company since April 2002 and is a member of the board’s audit committee. Mr. Pellow has served at St. John's University as the executive vice president and treasurer since 1999 and prior to that as senior vice president and treasurer, among other senior positions he has held at St. John's University. Mr. Pellow has also worked at the accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand and at Chapdelaine & Co., a New York City municipal bond brokerage firm. Mr. Pellow is a C.P.A. and received a B.B.A. and a M.B.A. from Niagara University. |
