Jim is founder and President of Manzella Marketing Group, Inc. which began operations in 1987 under the name of MarketSource Direct, Inc. With a wealth of branding and strategic marketing experience on both the client and the agency side, Jim oversees marketing strategy and branding efforts for the Group. He also maintains client relationships for a number of the firm's clients, including HSBC Bank, BlueCross BlueShield of WNY, Darien Lake, and First Niagara Bank many of whom have been clients since Jim started the agency. Jim has 25 years of marketing experience and began his career at HSBC Bank, where he eventually served as Vice President of Direct Marketing. He is Past President of the Buffalo/Niagara Chapter of the American Marketing Association, Past Chairman of the St. Joseph Hospital Foundation, and serves on the Catholic Health System Acute Care Board of Directors. He also serves on a number of other non-profit boards and committees. Jim is partner in Crown Trophy, the nation’s largest retailer of trophies and awards, which allows Manzella Marketing Group to offer its clients direct to manufacturer access to premium and promotional items. |
