Mr. Feeney is the Director of the firm's National Litigation Practice. He has appeared in over 1500 cases throughout the United States, and has tried approximately 70 complex civil matters to verdict. Mr. Feeney has tried cases in state and federal courts venued in Oregon, California, Texas, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Illinois, Missouri, Iowa, Indiana, Ohio, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Nebraska, Arizona, Kansas and Michigan.
Mr. Feeney represents corporations in the defense of both individual and class action suits alleging a wide variety of tortious and contractual violations resulting in claims for compensatory and punitive damages. Representative clients include automobile manufacturers, media companies and pharmaceutical companies. Because of the exposure and visibility of many of these cases, Mr. Feeney has made numerous television appearances on Court TV, Good Morning America and The Today Show.
