James P. Dietz is Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of WCI. Since 1998, Mr. Dietz has held the position of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Dietz directed the company’s successful initial public debt offering in 2001 and initial public equity offering in 2002. These transactions and subsequent public offerings and private placements have strengthened WCI’s balance sheet and provided stability to the continued growth of the company. From 1995 to1998, he held various positions at Florida Design Communities, one of WCI’s predecessor companies, initially as Corporate Controller and later Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Prior to 1995, Mr. Dietz was Manager of Business Development for GTE Leasing Corp. as well as Audit Manager with Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. Dietz is a Certified Public Accountant. |
