James P. Clark has extensive experience representing private and public sector employers in all areas of Labor and Employment law. He has represented clients in federal and state court litigation inNew York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts, as well as before numerous governmental and administrative agencies. He has also lectured extensively and conducted training on a variety of Labor and Employment law topics. Mr. Clark is a graduate St. John’s University School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review and a St. Thomas More Scholar. Mr. Clark also clerked for the Hon. Frederick J. Scullin, Jr., United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. Mr. Clark is a member of the Board of Directors of the St. Joseph's School for the Deaf Children's Fund in the Bronx, New York. |
