Mr. Rollans is advisor to and former Group Executive, Fluor Corporation, a global engineering and construction company. He retired from Fluor and its Board of Directors in 2003. His 20-year career at Fluor includes a number of senior executive positions, including President and Chief Executive Officer of Fluor Signature Services, Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Vice President, Corporate Communications.
Before that, he held a variety of executive level positions, primarily in the finance, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning and corporate communications/investor relations areas for major global corporations including Dart & Kraft, Dart Industries, Chase Manhattan Bank, BFGoodrich, Singer Company and General Precision Equipment.
He has been a Director of Flowserve Corporation since 1997 and one of its predecessor companies since 1993. He is also a Director of Advanced Medical Optics, Cupertino Electric Company, Irvine Regional Hospital and Medical Center and the University of Southern California’s Wrigley Institute for Environment Studies.
Mr. Rollans holds a bachelors degree in finance and economics from California State University, Northridge. He has completed graduate courses at the University of Southern California, Rutgers University and George Washington University.
