Investors in their backstop of a $300 million term loan rights offering in the recapitalization of Tembec Inc.;
Investors in their backstop of a $250 million rights offering in the reorganization of Solutia Inc.;
Investors in their backstop of a $71 million rights offering in the reorganization of Global Power Equipment Group Inc.;
Investors in their backstop of a $637.5 million rights offering in the reorganization of Northwest Airlines Corporation;
An investor in connection with its backstop of a $180 million rights offering by Hayes Lemmerz International, Inc.;
Investors in connection with their backstop of a $2 billion rights offering in the reorganization of Owens Corning;
etalk Corporation in a sale of its business to Autonomy Corporation;
Official and ad hoc committees in the following bankruptcy reorganizations: International Wire Group, Inc., Texas Petrochemicals LP, Advanced Glassfiber Yarns, Inc., General Chemical Group, Inc. and Bayou Steel Corporation; and
Noteholders in an out-of-court restructuring of Personnel Group of America.
