James Boothe has 22 years of marketplace and industry knowledge, coupled with hands-on business management experience in the health and welfare, life insurance and financial services sectors. In
2001, he joined Healthfirst to oversee the Marketing and Sales organization. Mr. Boothe assumed additional responsibilities as Chief Operating Officer in early 2002. His responsibilities include overseeing Enrollment, Project Management, Administration and Product Management. Jim provides leadership in strategic planning and direction to the management team on company policy. He has the unique opportunity to foster growth while improving efficiencies in the organization.
Prior to joining Healthfirst, Jim was the President and CEO at Seabrook Consulting. As the management consulting practice leader, he provided leadership skills and practical business expertise to their client's initiatives. Before joining Seabrook Consulting in 1998, Mr. Boothe was with a major financial institution for 15 years where, for the most recent four years of his employment, he served as Regional Sales VP for institutional insurance sales covering the major geographic regions of the mid-west. His previous positions included: Marketing Director, Claims Director, Product development Manager and was responsible for consolidating national Call Centers and reengineering them to provide improved service at lower costs as the Member Services Manager. |
