James Morton. Mr. Morton was appointed Corporate Secretary of Sense on June 18, 2004 . Mr. Morton is the founding and senior partner of Morton & Company, a British Columbia Canada law firm which, since 1980, has restricted its practice to corporate and securities law. Mr. Morton’s practice includes TSX Venture Exchange and Toronto Stock Exchange listed companies, OTCBB companies and private companies with businesses in industrial, technology, mineral and oil & gas exploration. Mr. Morton has extensive experience with public and private financings, initial public offerings, takeovers, property acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures, corporate restructurings and re-organizations, take-over bids, shareholder meetings, continuous disclosure issues and corporate governance. Mr. Morton is currently a Director of Pathfinder Resources Ltd., a publicly traded company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, and President and Director of Blackcomb Capital Corp., a private investment company. Mr. Morton is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia. |
