Mr. Lane has served as a director since May 2005. Mr. Lane has also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Devonwood Capital Partners since 2002. From 1997-2002, Mr. Lane was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SG Capital Partners, a private equity firm affiliated with Societe General and SG Cowen Securities. Prior to establishing SG Capital Partners, Mr. Lane’s career spanned approximately 20 years at Goldman Sachs, & Co. He was a former General Partner and founding member and Co-Head of Goldman Sachs’ Principal Investment Area. Until August 31, 2006, Mr. Lane served as a director of ALJ Regional Holdings, Inc., formerly YouthStream Media Networks, Inc., a publicly-traded company (ALJJ. PK). Mr. Lane received a B.A. degree from Wheaton College and a M.B.A. from Columbia University. |
