Mr. Bailey was first elected as a Director of the Company in June 2000 and is currently Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and a member of the Audit and Compensation and Human Resources Committees. Mr. Bailey co-founded Cambridge Associates, LLC, an investment consulting firm, in 1973 and currently serves as its Senior Managing Director and Treasurer. He is also a director of The Plymouth Rock Company, SRB Corporation, Inc., Direct Response Corporation and Homeowners Direct Company, all four of which are insurance companies and insurance company affiliates. In addition, he is a director of Getty Images, Inc., a publicly held company. He also serves as an Overseer for the New England Aquarium. Mr. Bailey is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and the American Bar Associations. |
