James develops, leads and manages KCC's business operations to maintain a high standard of excellence in client service, technology development and financial performance. He seeks to improve internal processes and procedures that ensure client retention, and new client growth; including cross-selling strategies between service lines. As a member of KCC's Executive Committee, James works closely with the CEO and President on the company's strategic direction and expansion into new markets.
Prior to joining to KCC, James served as a corporate finance and restructuring consultant with FTI Consulting, Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He is an active member in industry organizations such as Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors (AIRA), Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI). James earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, with an emphasis in Accounting and Computing, from the University of California, Los Angeles. |
