James M. Oates has been Chairman of Hudson Castle Group, Inc. (formerly IBEX Capital Markets, Inc.), a financial services company, since 1997 and Managing Director of The Wydown Group, a financial consulting firm, since 1994.
Mr. Oates is a director of Investors Financial Service Corporation (1995 - present), Investors Bank & Trust Corporation (1995 - present), Phoenix Mutual Funds (1985 - present), Phoenix-Kayne Mutual Funds (2002 - present), Connecticut River Bancorp and Connecticut River Bank (1988 - present), and NH Trust Company (2002 - present). Mr. Oates is also a director and Treasurer of The Endowment for Health, Inc. (2000 - present) and has been Chairman of the Board of Emerson Investment Management, Inc., since 2000. |
